Our Story
BWJ Law was born out of a shared vision by Len, Michael, and Matt and began with a simple, yet powerful ambition: to make top-tier legal advice and representation conveniently accessible to everyone who lives in Greater South-East Queensland, regardless of whether they work or live in the city.
In making this ambition a reality, the partners expanded their already extensive experience delivering legal services and asked anyone who would listen to describe what they believe separates the best family lawyers from the merely average. What they found is that overwhelmingly people do not want technical advice they do not understand, and they do not want expensive ‘solutions’ to problems that don’t exist or which involve ugly and uncertain litigation.
Instead, people want to be represented by someone who truly cares, and for their voices to be heard and their concerns to be genuinely addressed in a holistic and efficient manner.
The partners listened and have built a firm that focuses squarely on delivering those needs without sacrificing quality and excellence.
The firm established itself quickly after being opened in October 2023, and has rapidly developed a reputation for excellence based on the ambition and values identified early on.
Today, BWJ Law stands as a testament to the vision of its founders.
